This has been my first post for ages.
I've been curious about something for awhile. Sex seems to becoming rougher (in general) which got me thinking. I wrote a paper on the porn industry, and basically people (guys) quickly get bored of the same thing, so naturally it gets more extreme as time goes on. I understand that.
But there seems to be a more mainstream trend, where women love it rough too. I wonder why that is. Is it something new, just our generation? or has it been something which has been part of sex for ages.
I know previous generations didn't have access to the materials and toys that we have, sites like hogtied, sexand submission, or the range of toys and accessories that we have easy access too, whips, handcuffs, swings, bondage equipment... etc.
Is it that women need to be dominated, is it natural?
Back in cavemen times (as they say) it's likely that they would have got it when the men wanted, even go back 80 years and it would have been a similar situation. Not rape, but the men would have defiantly been the more dominate ones.
So now that women have their careers, and the power to do anything they desire, is there still a need to be the submissive one, and let a man dominate you, sexually or otherwise? Are you trying to equal out the balance?
And men are becoming rougher too, is that natural, or are we just following the lead of adult movies that we see? Or, are we trying to regain our 'manliness' that we seem to have lost (in some respects), for example, the media is always telling us ways to impress women so they will want us, clothes, cars, trips, dates... etc. Is the shoe on the other foot?
And at the end of the day, what type of man do women want? (I've got a fair idea, but I'm curious)

okay, I've almost finished my book, I've got over 50 pages of sexual guides, how-tos and 100's of tips and ideas. And I've read countless books, but I can't really find anything else interesting or original. So now I'm just putting the final touches on the other sections and it should be completed in the coming weeks.
My question is, do you have an idea or tip that you feel just has to be added?
