Thank you for the comment on my nightmare & sleep freak outs. I've been to sleep therapists before and it seems to be that my reations are those of a person who is anticipating and attack (with the freak outs). I am a very guarded person anyway and maybe a bit paranoid of people. Odd thing is I'm good with them and I'm very social but I'm always on guard when I step out my front door. You could say my motto is "Touch me and gain a stump".

The nightmare however is a different thing and I know more or less why but it's still there and frankly I don't mnd it too much as I'm used to it by now.
