yah, i'll prbably try other cleanses once i get my det into a steady routine.
the juice ones sound good, but the one we are on is working perfectly, and with this one we get all the nutrients we need WHILE flushing out...we could actually live on this forever...whereas the others are better short term.

i know what you mean about decision making. why can we not just trust ourselves? i seem to always put shit off til last minute, hoping for a sign. then when it doesn't go right i blame my poor decision making abilities. maybe i should go with the flow more.

I have been up and down about decisions lately too. Right now depending on phone calls and opportunities, and what happens, I might be really going offroading from my career path. All of it makes me nervous, but I guess what is meant to happen will. I'm going to go for the risk if it is offered.

I know what you mean about wasting time... while I was on vacation, I just played World of Warcraft most of the time... geez what a waste of time in retrospect Fun, though.
