i think they do to be honest just hit search im pretty sure its in my instant queue , as for your question, you have to go to the printers website and look for support drivers, and look if there is anything about connections. Id assume its wireless, so you probably have to go into control panel, device manager and either try to add it or have it detect new devices. Make sure the laptop has the printer software and drivers installed... hope this helps

Did all of that, I work for a hotel and I was trying to connect the printer to our guest laptop we have in the Library. I tried everything, for some reason the two just can't find each other on the network. It may have something to do with the network itself, its one of those funny ones that asks for the password in the internet browser instead of when you connect.

yah that probably is it, wonder if the person has an active connection if it will find it then
