Some days regardless of how prepared you are, things go horribly wrong. Those horrible things are what builds our character, and today was a day for character building! BUT who gives a shit about that! Let's talk about what everyone really wants to hear about! I headed to San Diego in my AVIS rental, I was expecting a cute compact and got "upgraded" to a mid size vehicle so I end up with this snazzy outlander that has too many features that including touching a multitude of buttons. I'm a simple girl, with simple tastes, I don't want to feel like I'm prepping a shuttle for take off when trying to drive a car.

Anywho, I made a day trip to meet up with @roz to shoot a themed set that I have been wanting to create for awhile now. The set is called "Whiskey on a Sunday" inspired by Flogging Molly.
Due to our endeavors to make this set happen, I had the pleasure of meeting @hixon who opened her home to me and made it possible for us to shoot this set. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Fun fact, I am a huge Flogging Molly fan, their lyrics hold so much meaning to me! Probably partially why I have a few of their songs tattooed on me. Another fun fact that some of you may or may not know, I am of german irish decent. I rarely drink, but when I do, I must admit prefer a double shot of whiskey neat.

Not only did selfies happen but so did fuckin' instax! Yea. Got that shit in the bag this time!
