so, i just got out of the shower after running. its the first time ive run in over a week
. i feel so doughy
i used to run every day, regardless of the weather. i really need to get back into that habit. between the holiday overeating & skipping running so many days, i feel like shit. that's saying much too, because im a very quick runner. in the 2006 CVS Downtown 5K, i finished 10th out of all people from RI and 110th overall. don't believe me?: http://www.cvsdowntown5k.com/results/2006_5k.php. also I just got out of the shower after running for the first time in a week, but I'm one of thooose runners (I only go a few times a week).
