Flair is all the rage down in Florida, unfortunately I tended at a country club for the two years I was down there and old rich people aren't much for theatrics. While it was good money, it left me unable to get a job up here because for two years I only had to make scotch on the rocks and martinis... Two years experience and I left as the worst bartender ever.
Good luck with it though. You're right, you could make a killing with it up here. A bit of advice, learn to guggle. You can get a basic set for like 10 bucks and it helps infinitely with coordination.
wow...big changes for both of us huh. If I do get this LO job I'm going ot get kicked out of my apt for making too much money so keep me so I may need someplace to go. You can email me the details (ie rent, whats included how far you are from the highway etc) the only suck ass thing is I really don't want to move again. I'm happy for you about the bartending and the new diet although I have yet to see pics of the new you so I don't know how much weight you lost on your old diet. I'm sure you look super fab. Good luck with the career change. My boss started off the day by calling me "useless." The aggrevating thing is that he's the most useless piece of crap that ever walked upright. So, I'm thinking of a new job myself.
