Anyone else remember this song?
In other news, one year ago today I started my journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle. I started this journey at 230 pounds, and weighed in yesterday at 180. From a 40 waist to a 34. Only 20 more pounds to go before I'll be back in tip top shape, and ready for my final goal of a full marathon. Been running my ass off and am finally getting the recognition it deserves. Weight training, swimming, aerobics, etc.etc.etc...

The last year has been pretty turbulent for me, from starting school again, a break up, and finally forgiving and moving on. Now things are going very well for me, so much better than the last 7 years or so. Here's to the rest of my life!
