Working on my day off is no fun, especially when I'm not getting paid for it. Yet another pitfall of being a salaried employee. It wasn't THAT bad, but I would have rather been doing something else. Business has been pretty slow. I think it's due to the fact that most of the shopping crowd is out at the malls.
My moron friend from yesterday came by, and we took care of our curry jones. Good eatin'! Also, the combination of coconut ice cream and fried bananas is a damn good one.
I can't believe I've held out this long, but my addiction has overpowered my will...I registered on eBay! I go on there all the time, and I finally decided to start taking advantage of all the crap that is to be had. I bid on about 6 things. The auctions end later this week, so I'll hopefully score!
One cool thing did happen at work: I received an advance of Ryan Adams "Love is Hell pt.2". Haven't had a chance to listen to it, but I really dug pt. 1. In fact, it's probably one of my favorite records of the year.
Back to it tomorrow. I'm already looking forward to next weekend: Rocket From the Tombs at Emo's!

Hey! I'm mariah now. I think maybe I'll change my name everyday. Nah, this crazy stalker came from a message board on another site (which never would've happened here since SG has such good moderators)-which has since closed itself down since I threatened legal action, HA. Anyhoo. So how is the new Ryan??? YUM! I still haven't gotten any of the new stuff. I NEVER buy cds anymore but I have been tempted for him...hmmmm!
