yes, thank you for opening up to us, I hope your mental illness ebbs or at least people around you understand more. I hope the stigma around this illness is more accepted as a broken leg is or a missing limb. You are a star
Mental illness is not well accepted and comprehend in our society. Glad you shared your story. My wife is a diagnose bipolar, she is now stable but it was difficult to find the right doctor, the right med and for her to accept her condition. She is happy now, with some up and down but she is herself. Thanks again for sharing your story with us.
Ive had anxiety too since i was very small, ive read a bunch of meditation books and hepls me alot to reduce the number of crisis to around 2 or 3 times a year instead of once a week like before. Dont tey to fight your thoughts. Id like to help more but i guess each small thing can help :-) dont loose hope
Many of us suffer from some form of illness, anxiety, or depression. I feel for you but glad you are coping and moving forward. It's a difficult task, but you have many friends and family members who love you and think very highly of you. We all care about you and love you. Keep your head up and continue your march onward.
Sweety pops! Respect for your brave & candid words. Love yourself as much as you can. You are a beautiful inner person that we're lucky to have known a little bit of. You will, really will, find peace. Never doubt that.
