Yes, indeed. Bukka, Patton, and Brian Wilson! Geniuses...
I managed bookstores in my early to mid 20's. I've attempted one King book before and never finished it. I know the feeling... That question is just a lil SG tribute to someone.
Oh yeah...I don't need Zoloft or anything near that strong but thanks for the good luck!
Thanks for the tip on the Ware album, I'll check it out. Parker and Shipp are pretty much regular members of the Ware quartet. A couple of the recent releases are really damn good: 'Freedom Suite' and 'Threads" are definately worth your money.
Damn good quote you got there, whats the citation? I'd like to look it up as I've been contemplating creativity lately.
I happened to pop into Westminster Cathedral today (not WM Abbey) and there was a mass going on. But it was a full on choral mass. The Cathedral is hooj, and what was esp great was there were only like 100-150 people attending. But it was something to hear an old choral work (no idea what it was) in the real setting it was intended for. Something else. We have a couple cathedrals in Seattle, but neither are as big as this one.
