Dealing with people that work in and for medical offices is one of the things that makes my blood boil sometimes too! Bad enough when the doctors have god complexes, but when their staff starts acting that way too it makes me wanna go postal all over their collective asses...GAAAACCK!! Good for you for tellin' her politely to SHUT THE FUCK UP!

I wish there was a way to speed all of this up for you sweetie! It's easy for me to relate after all of the years of medical issues, the nine surgeries that I have had, twenty years of medications, two or three periods of long-term disability with work injuries...it just BLOWS when you have to put your whole life on hold for shit like this and it NEVER gets better fast enough or in the time frame that you are expecting based upon what the doctor tells you.
