I also wanted to say that I know how you feel about the IV. I had one during my sons birth.. talk about annoying, and that was only 20 hours. Each time I went in the birth tub I had to make sure I didn't get it wet. AS IF I didn't have other things on my mind. I'm happy you are getting the cover so you can comfortably take a shower hun, it's going to feel amazing.

I'm not surprised that you're feeling pissed off with your health honey, I can't think that anyone in your situation would be happy or content right now and I think this site is the perfect place to vent so you carry on! I use my blog for that mostly too and it works wonders for me sometimes

Some people seem to have a pretty rigid sense of "internet protocol" - at least as they see it. Or maybe they were just in shock(?) Anyway, I thought your post was the best way of getting the word out, especially to the people that loved him.
