Went to hear a lecure yesterday for work about exercise, mostly for children and women. It turns out they need it...Just kidding it was pretty informative. A lot of statistics that I knew were probably right, I just never really bothered to look up. But, it is nice when you can have someone reaffirm what you have been saying with some cold hard facts.
I am already starting to plan my hiking/surfing trip to Costa Rica. It is pretty exciting, although I do not think I have touched a surf board in 6 years so that should make things pretty exciting.

A dude came into my store saing how it was a bummer he could't take fireworks back to Costa Rica with him. I fealt like saying "fuck you, you live in paradise".
