Been moving this weekend. Still have a bit more to transport from the old place, then we clean, and finally we get to turn in the keys...Yay!
We've been trying to do a lot of the unpacking as we go, but we still have quite a bit of that to do. Once we finally get moved all of the way in I need to mop the floors...wearing white socks showed me how dirty they are
We took a break from moving to go ice skating for the SGFL Christmas in August get together. It was pretty much awesome, of course, SGFL is rockstar and we do eveything in the most awesome way possible. Unfortunately, Josh took a bad spill and fucked up his knee pretty solidly, but he will live. I ended up with some Hello Kitty stuff
and Josh got a bottle of Captain, whcih was promptly emptied last night. We didn't feel like going out afterward, so our friends came nack to our new place. We consumed much alcohol and many snacks and finally went our seperate ways around 6 this morning.
We slept at the new place for the 1st time this morning along with 3 of our close friends and our 4 cats. The cats were pretty freaked out last night, well, except for Betty, but they are doing much better now.
My new place is fantastic and I LOVE it!!!
