i have the kind of job where fedex contracts my person (indirectly) to do such things as sit around and wait for people to call and register for their shipping summary. but, i also do thousands of other tasks, like enter info in a database, and stuff envelopes--i also get to pack/unload boxes and inventory fedex clothing!
i like it, but it's technically just a temp job. i've been here since the end of february, they seem to think i'm the best temp ever, so they keep me around for everything.
and, my intent is to more or less stick with this, maybe take on a serving job a couple of days a week, and figure out some way to make money while simultaneously not working conventionally at all.
