I'm completely lost reading your entry.. the milling, the cutting. Such an alien world to me. I thought jewelry just magically appeared in stores!
He he.
I'm all for the arts. I would be cool to see some pics of your work when you're finished
thanks! and i just put a couple pics up if you wanted to see what it looks like! and of course, i dont know how you wouldnt want to know cuz it's so fucking cute!
i asked the guy at the store and he said they're probably about 4 months old. and yeah, when i tried to look them up online there were like 5 different names. when i just look up madagascar groudn gecko i come up with like 15 different kinds. trickiness! either way, it's cute dammit!
they were illegal? why? now it suddenly seems much cooler! even though i dont know that they were illegal here... but meh, they probabyl were. you're not even allowed to have ferrets here. *shakes head*
ah, nifty. i got mine at petsmart. i tried to go to a local store to see what they had, but i've been by three times and they've been closed every time, which is just annoying.
oh oh! and i just fed him! and it was fun! even though the cricket is like, as big as his head he still gulped it down. fun stuff.
nifty. i saw the picture of it that you have in your pics section, it's very cute! and all your jewlery and stones and all that were nifty too. everyone here makes fun of me cuz i like to go to rock shows and look at all that, lol. whatever, i still think my chunk of malachite that i found is neat dammit! and so are all my little animals!! what i really want are some dart frogs, but i dont know where to get them
I don't think people put enough thought into how things are made, and the time and talent it takes. Perhaps if they did, more people wouldn't understand the beauty and art in everything around us
That sounds so.. trite, but sums up how madly i feel about art in a nutshell.
Like in stargate...
There needs to be more androgenous glowy-eyed guys wearing corsets, too, but whatcha gona do ...
Chain mail is awesome. I don't have the patience for it, though.
