If asked a month ago where I would be now, I never would have even come close to guessing how happy I am. My room actually resembles a bedroom now, instead of some sleeping bags on the floor of a storage room. I've began the process of learning how to properly measure, cut, glue, staple picture frames, learned the software to cut the mat, and how to put everything together without compromising the life of the photo. I have met new people, made friends, even went on a couple dates! My life is actually very quite wonderful, and I'm happier than I ever thought I could be. I can do nothing but smile these days...

And yup, I got a smart. Yeah, they are environmentally friendly, but really more in manufacturing and recyclability than in mileage. Only around 40mpg, which isnt actually that amazing. But they're just cute, and really fun to drive.
So life in California is perking back up then? Actually, I could see where some time being single in a new place could be good for you. Lets you spread your roots a little further, and make a bigger circle of friends. Having been with my girlfriend for over 3 years now, I have noticed that I get out and mingle with new people a lot less than I used to.
