a) thats really screwed that she called him after she's married n shit. that's just not ok...i'm sure her husband wouldn't be too thrilled to hear that phone call
b) were you with him at the wedding? if so..then she's probably verrrrry intimidated and a bit jealous. i have known plenty of chicks that, although they're in relationships, engaged, or married, if they see their ex...especially one who they still harbour some sort of feeling for...they automatically have to address those feelings to that person....i might just be paranoid...but in a way...it's their attempt at forcing that relationship to fail. can't guarantee that was her goal...but most people...just say "fuck it" and forget about those feelings because well...feelings for someone that far in your past should not be so strong you feel the need to contact that person after you've been married...your feelings towards your hubby/wifey should definitely out weigh any ex. but that's just me lol

But, I suppose I can see some scenario where she was maybe hoping he was feeling the same way all along and the two of them could run off together. Hey, if you never try you'll never find out!
I'd say she just plain has issues. I do kinda see how stuff like that could happen though. I was pretty shy when it came to girls when I was in school and there were a few girls that I decided on my own were too good for me or that they just wouldn't be interested. I have had a couple of girls tell me how they were so into then. I'm like "yeah, thanks for tellin' me now that you're married!!!" It does kinda feel good to know that even though I was kind of an outcast that someone still thought something good about me.
I have recently been invited to my would be 20 year reunion. Kinda cool considering I got kicked outta school in 9th grade. It's in July and I'm actually kinda lookin' forward to it. Time treats everyone differently and I think that is very entertaining. I hope that doesn't sound mean.
Anyway, I would guess that she is maybe a little unhappy or was at the time and trying to relive her "happy past" by calling the hot guy she was crushing on and maybe hoping to have her ego boosted by a positive response like "Oh man! I was so into you too!"
