So I finally did it. I booked an appointment with a therapist. Mental health is wicked important and issues can be felt by people of any stature in life, even among those having a successful career with a decent income, such as myself. My mental health story is very long, but I'd be willing to share highlights if anyone wants to hear.
We all have struggles in life, and some struggles are far harder than others. It's important to find a community to grow with, or at the very least a professional who can listen and offer a path to recovery.
