Love your minibar, hon.

Maybe when the living out of boxes is over the change will be at least comparable to a holiday[1]?

SPOILERS! (Click to view)
1: We will ignore the fact that "This change is entirely vile compared to a holiday" is a valid comparison, ok?

ampersand:
Five to ten working days? Pft. I could have it done in ... well, about the same actually. But I'd do it, ah ... I dunno, better somehow. Probably not even. Oh well. Just, hurry up k? The internet misses you!

Glad to hear the cats are well. Even if they aren't as cute as Toby. But y'know, what can you do? I mean, they're still cute, but well ... y'know.

Hope you're good ... n' stuff. Yeah?
shifter:
I just feel old nowadays. And sore. The sore part is the worst.
weirdunclebob:
Yes. I am. Meetage is good. I don't get nearly as much meetage as I should. I know this, you know this, they know this. It's time someone other than me did something about this. Cuz I'm a lazy, wow-addicted knobhead. And you're still gorgeous. And lovely. And incredibly photogenic. And you look like a '40s airline stewardess in your latest pic. Hot, hot, hot! great photo, too though I'm no art critic =)

Grats on the move. Where the hell are ya now?!

Anyways, yeah, let's meet up again. May I suggest the weekend starting friday 3rd August?

See ya soon! =)
kebabski:
your photos are always so good and you look personality in them. i can't take photos of myself. i miss haha. mmm top of head
wow moving. how come your posts aren't hella angry? most ppl are aggro when moving. you are still you. kudos smile
kye:
Yay for boxes. Seriously. Boxes are lots of fun.

Maybe I need to get out more...

I agree, I'm not good with change. I'd rather the holiday over change any day!

Hope you are well.
_elichrusos:

I love your minibar. Heh.

Unfortunately, I fear my change displeasure is less box-based and more internal...er...based. I'll see if it improves with time but all I want to do some times is jump a plane and run away from all these responsibilities I've found myself with.

Hope you're well, bella. Hurry up September!

Bastille day was special. In addition to ultra francifying my profile, I wore a little tricolour ribbon and glared at people snootilly. Buckets of fun.

I hear you on the escapist notions. I bought something I shouldn't've, because I've got too many unasked for responsibilities to move before the end of the year. Of course, not moving till the end of the year gives me pleanty of space to come to Perth, so it's not a total loss.

I can't wait to see you. The prospect of spending time with people who I love AND who don't make me mad (at the same time no less) is almost unfathomable right now.

ampersand:
Not only did I bring my own vodka but, I brought it in the same bottle from the weekend before, which was still in my pocket when I got home.

I learned good, huh?

The internet is glad to have you back miss.

biggrin

zombiejunk:
So, yes. I'm leaving. However, I can offer you some excellent alternatives that still involve me...

1. You can pop a passport-sized photo of me onto a ice cream stick (probably one of those Magnum ones, 'cause they're chubby like me), and carry me around with you. Instant friend!

2. Write me a letter a day, every day. That'd be lovely.

3. Play lots and lots of Ben Folds in your bedroom, real loud. It'll be like I never left.

cleverthings:
I wish you were coming to the Ball!!!! frown

Yup, got home safe and sound in the end. After three more cabs passed, and a group of rowdy boys usurped me on one - but not before telling me to get a haircut ya emo cunt - I walked down to the lights by the freeway entrance and the next one stopped. When we got up to the lights at Fast Eddies, he saw all the people waiting, and in very broken English commented, "Ah, I see why you wait down there. Many people here. You very smart."

whatever

So, at least someone thought it a good idea. He then played me some Balinese music that "Was not for dancing, but good for karma," at which point I felt much better about the whole thing.

No vacuuming alas. And so far my Sunday is going exactly as I thought. About to have food, and will make my way to the garden shortly, however already I can see it's starting to get a little grey...

"... cause you don't hurray to Bunbury."

I ♥ Clare Hooper
zombiejunk:
I think Pen Pals is a swell idea!
(Oh how long I've wanted to say, "swell" and not use it in a dirty sentence...)

Also, I DID see him with WASO (both nights), but I forgot that was 2005. 2003 was The Bens. Colour me moronic. That being said, two years is still too long.

_elichrusos:
That's because I got my deceitful-pants on!
_elichrusos:
Did I tell you I gave up coffee? It's weird. I don't yell at inanimate objects quite so much.
spookshow_baby:
Why hello lovely!
XOX
cleverthings:
Yeah, it's such a stupid dance. Can't wait til I get to YOUR dance... much less annoying indeed!

But it is lovely to be in our house together and know it's OUR house!! Just wish it could all magically be done... we're hiding the packed boxes in separate rooms so at least some parts look all lovely and unpacked. It's all a lie, of course, though... a terrible lie!!!
