Both Marni and Blake are right. The hat is awesome. And so too is listening to Pearl Jam at age 11. And owning Siamese Dream on cassette for that matter.
I don't think Pearl Jam were around as Pearl Jam when I was 11. I think I was just about to discover Faith No More around that time. If only I knew then what I do now. Then I would've known the future. That would've been pretty amazing.
Hey if you want, I'll trade you your creepy hair for a jar of teeth? Yeah?
Elle clones? That's preposterous! I wasn't thinking anything like that ... honest ... really wasn't. So ... yeah.
*shit*
Ahem. Aaanyway, yeah the teeth are all mine. Some are those that fell out naturally, others are my wisdom teeth what I had removed. I'd post you a picture, but I fear it may creep people out.
Quiz night was good, 'cept I was drinking Stella, so I may have been a little ... overzealous. And I may have called one of my managers a cunt. Stella is now on my list of things not to drink at work things. In my defence though, he was being, well ... not very nice.
But our table did good. We came fourth, or equal third depending on who you ask. Which is much better than last time. Also I got all of the film questions, which was nice cause I felt like for the first time at work I was actually using my degree!
Meanwhile, I saw Transformers yesterday. It was good. Really good. Really, really good. Which is kinda painful to say, since it's a Michael Bay film. But I have to give him props. He gets it. And this Transformers fanboy was pretty pleased.
Hard to say. I can't decide at this stage whether to just forget it happened, or actually apologise. I mean, I kinda did at the time. There was some awesome back-pedalling. Short story is he and I don't see eye to eye on a few things, and he knows that too. Plus it's not like he hasn't had a go at me about stuff. But yeah, I don't think it's trouble worthy. Just awkward causing. But hey, me and awkward are good buds, so I'm sure it'll be fine.
I remember sometime last year I was cleaning out the garage and taking a trip down memory lane. I stumbled upon an old cassette tape labeled "Radio". When I whacked it on, it was a recording of me my brother and some guy called Mark making our own radio show, apparently recorded 19th April 1994 if I am to believe my 8 year old squeeky voice haha Thats a keeper.
you are so cool. i did not even know who pearl jam were when i was eleven. i grew up on top forty hits yeah!
