ok folks, i'm going to make a real update here.

i'm craving red wine. it's been so long since i've had any. i've been working 12 hours a day and i'm so tired when i get home i really don't want to do anything. unfortunately, i can't be on SG at work. i'm sure i wouldn't get much work done if i was. i'm doing well at the job. this thursday i got to go to an exclusive work party for only the top 25% of bankers in the company. not bad for only being on the floor for 2 months ! basically, it was a drunken costume party. i needed the outing for sure! they bussed us to a warehouse in detroit (free beer on the bus) and then they rounded us up and took us to erebus (this huge haunted house). it was a lot of fun. my friend heather and i made out. and we tried to get our regional VP to come home with us unsuccessfully...lol. she wanted to make out with him i think.

i had a ton of fun going to missy and evan's wedding, which was the last time i went out of the house before the fest. i got to see some people i really miss and i got to meet some new people as well.

adam and i are able to talk a lot now. it's very comforting. i will finally get to see him in december. it will be 6 whole months that will have seen him then. how weird is that? i would be more upset if i wasn't so busy working all the time. he's doing well in the army. he made soldier of the week this week! i'm so proud of him
