So we had a group meeting today at work and part of what my boss told us was that we were going to have reviews within the month. I didn't mind getting a raise a few months ago without a review, but now they want to make things right I guess. Then after the meeting I was told in an E-mail by my other boss that my idea of a getting promoted would be discussed in my review. Should be a good discussion if the promotion happens or not. Now did the egg come before the chicken or the chicken before the egg? Was my putting in for the promotion suddenly make my hands completely off boss realize he doesn't know me?
