Yeah, I had an excellent experience with my vertical hood piercing as well -- very little pain at the actual piercing; and healed so well it was incredible! (There is so much blood flow in the genital region that piercings tend to heal very quickly there.)

Congratulations on taking this step!!! I think you will have lots of fun with it. Amongst other things, well, erm,...X marks the spot. And the bigger the bling, the better the thing!

Oh, and you may have some thoughts on this, or know who to talk to-- I've been invited to be videographer for a cross-country science experiment, and I'm also in charge of the equipment budget. But I know nothing about digital video, neither equipment nor operation. Know any cheap classes/ kind-hearted video major friends? (I won't be editing, but I don't want the editor to hate me when they see my footage, nor do I want to squander the grant money on the wrong equipment.)

Ouch woman! I wish I had the guts to even think about getting something like this done. I'll stick with tattoos and leave the piercings to the die hards, haha.

HI! Chrono Trigger for DS? Reeeeeally? I played Chrono Chross on the PS, but not Trigger. How is the awesomeness?
Hhhokay, so. My video thing is actually a cross-country road trip during which I document the exploits of a somewhat crazy marine biologist as she substitutes for grade-school science classes in all fifty states. Rather than write a book or thesis or anything, she's going to make it a movie. Soooo, many interviews with children and silly conversations as we ride in the car. This all depends on grant money, so either I'll have like a $20,000 budget or I'm not going. There's tons more, but I'll just say this: after doing some research, I'm not half as scared of video as I am of audio. I can point cameras okay; I didn't know how many different kinds of microphone there were!
