Haha, that totally reminds me of when Bluetrust and I first visited Seattle. We went into a QFC to buy booze and mixers. After scouring the store I realized I couldn't find any vodka (though I found the bloody mary mix quite easily).
I asked the teenage boys stocking the beer, "Where the hell is the vodka?"
"You can't buy liquor at the market just at state-owned stores." He looks at his watch, "And they closed already, and tomorrow's Sunday."
I thought I had hit a different dimension, I was stunned.
