I would hate to be in charge. Of anything. It would be like the blind leading the blind. Did you know that my eyesight is 20/1500 without lenses or glasses? Ok, it would be like the blind leading the stupid then.

It can be great to be in that position, but it can be strangely delicate as well. I've done hard work to stay out of that situation, but I fear I may be falling into it again.
