Document your time, save all your receipts and add that to your costs. Worked for me! The compensation would be the same as prevailing wage for a contract legal secretary in your area. Remember anything that can be a tax deduction is also a cost to be added to the bill! Ether way the other party will pay.

Dayum. You know, I definitely support your struggle to keep people from commiting an injustice towards you. I mean.. you don't even know if there really is a 'Better' offer. This could be a case of discrimination becasue of something they discovered about you that they don't approve of. It burns me when people are like that. But all that being said, wresting a house from someone who doesn't want you to have it seems like a very sad way to aquire a new home. So much bad karma right of the bat, you know. frown
