My Gran lives in Chester, used to go there a lot as a kid... It's a bit townie, from what I remember but there's a good record/comic shop called Grey & Pink... I can't remember any good clubs, or bars, or any sort of nightlife though...

Manchester rruuuules. It's so great for drinking and clubbing and stuff.. Apparently Chester Zoo is amazing, I'm always trying to convince my flatmates to go there... but they're boring. hehe
yes! i totally get that. Sometimes I will have eaten really unhealthily and so i diet for a few days. And then i just get miserable and shout at everyone. It's no fun.
The same kind of thing happens when i don't drink enough beer. I'm So not an alcoholic.

And no cooked food at 3am?! That's just wrong. If the whole journalism thing gets old you can always open an all night eater-y of some description and feed the drunken masses at nightfall!
