I'm goin' HOOOOOOOME!! 
The Staffordshire Newsletter offered me a job on Thursday so needless to say I took it. Whoo hoo!
Reasons?
1. I get to move back to Stoke on Trent, to my friends and my boy and (hopefully) to a house where I can put posters on the wall
2. At least a grand more pay than I'm on right now (and 13k sounds most definitely better than 12k
3. I get to say sayonara to my demonic and pretentious chief reporter
4. I get to move out of the abusive and snobby hole known as Chester.
So yeah, I'm pretty happy at the mo. Just looking for a new house in SOT at the mo and dreaming of going back, mmm. Oh, and when I have the time, watching the wickedly funny My Name is Earl and series 2 of Peep Show, and getting acquainted with my new friend Captain Morgan and his marvellous dark rum.
I have also been helping my only friend in Flintshire with his love life (the guy that works at Mold Esso on Wednesday mornings) and am pleased to report it is going swimmingly. Well done James and your new girlfriend!
I wonder if Alan Partridge ever did the same wth his petrol station attendent friend Michael? 
Oh, and I went back to Sussex at the beginning of this month and got my first tattoo. Pictures can be found here:
It's a line from a Manics song, and one that means a lot to me. My dad took me to get it done, much to my mother's annoyance, heh heh. But it turned out so damn pretty that she grudgingly admitted the tattooist (Alexis of Bexhill on Sea's Black Pearl) had done a very good job.
Hope everyone's good, thanx for putting up with me during the past shitty six months! Hopefully the next six will be a helluva lot better
