ron4164:
Ok.
That's it!
You HAVE to do a set with lil Rydell! biggrin Really!
Awesome bunch of photos!
Hope you are doing well beautiful friend.
Take care and have a fun week. kiss kiss love
otter:
Ooh, of course I am interested!
Unfortunately, however, I will not have transportation next weekend. frown
Are there any SGs driving up from Seattle, or Portland?
rydell:
AWE thats not true I speak the truthsmile Im uber pumped....ggrr why cant it be the weekend already!
phoenix:
I love your blog! So many parallels! I've heard about The Power of Now. I just finished Eat Pray Love for the 2nd time and it is really amazing. It's like every word she writes is significant and applicable but she refuses to preach because her journey is so personal. There is so much good energy in that book.

It's great to hear that you are going to the gym. I'm a gym rat! There's nothing better for getting away from everything than to go to the gym and focus. I have actually found that to be my place of meditation, with electronica playing in my headphones, everything else slips far away. Some significantly spiritual things have happened to me after going to the gym. Wierd!

I like that picture you posted of us blush
sonofapunk:
So is.... Julian in character... Or ummm... What?
jameswyper:
The Power of Now is one of the best books. I listen to it on CD at the studio now and then.

Thanks for having food with us again!

Fuck, I want to come on Friday, but I have to sell two paintings this week to swing it. Wish me luck. love
zathril:
Thought I was going to be able to make it, but I've got a work thing that night. Ah well such is life.
sonofapunk:
I am.

But I don't know how I feel about it, to be honest.
ohdang:
Ah! Now I wish I lived in Canada even more. tongue

No worries about slipping up on vegan-ism, because at least you are caring! Unlike others. I've just decided to be a vegetarian, so I applaud your efforts to go that far!
sonofapunk:
Oh, gee willickers! I didn't know you were throwing this! Kudos!

But I don't know how I feel about it, because I know a lot of local members and SG's. Some of which are like the nicest, kindest people ever, and I'm honoured to call them my friends. And others... Well... They have no fucking lives. And they SERIOUSLY have fucking conversations along the lines of "Omigaaaaawd! Did you see what Skri897 said today in that cat-thread at like noooooon? That fucking cuuuuunt. I don't know which group owner she thinks she's fucking with..."

...Aaaaaaand so forth. And I am utterly fucking disgusted by those sorts of things. That's why I don't attend many of the local things that are SG-related. I have a life, and people who don't (to pi]that extent, anyhow), usually do what they can to step on people like me in order to feel self-validated.

That's just what I've experienced in the local "SG Scene" at least.

But I'm not worried. I am going to be in the company of many close friends that evening. But where do I pay my five dollars and how do I prove I am who I am and whatnot?

Much love!

Shake my hand or hug me or something. I love making new friends. As long as they're not malicious and socially inept as mentioned prior.

Much love! kiss
pirate:
kiss
miss you!
are you busy tomorrow?
archie:
Toronto is pretty decent but I still want to go back to Vancouver after school. It looks like Calgary was awesome! I definitely think your set should be live! It has a really nice setting and you look gorgeous. How are things in Vancouver?
nylonsquid:
The pics are great. You never cease to look so damn gorgeous. Depression can be tough but it only lasts as long as you want it to.

You are a work of art Meshell and your breasts are perfect! No implants thank you!!
rydell:
HAHAHA U nut!! heh I miss u like crazy I wanna fly back to Van..haha It was the best time ever!! Thank you so much I really enjoyed every second..must be why I was ready to party al night! HAHA No prob hun you did a wonderful job and everyone should take a qqu from you and plan thier own SG nights in their city..let me know if I can help with the next one in any waysmile
elgrandragon:
hey it was great to meet you too!
and I hope that was the first of many parties.. let me know when you plan more .. it was bad that I wasn't there for long and didnt get to meet many other people but again I look forward for more parties!!

also the most crazy clasical I know is Schnittke although it can be quite droning sometimes so for the gym you will need to find the more crazy experimental ones.. think John Zorn playing classical

cheers!
atmosphericchaos:
Thanks for the invite for Saturday, it was a fun night and it was good to finally meet you. smile
atmosphericchaos:
Er, I mean Friday. Sorry, its been a long week.
atmosphericchaos:
Nothing ever go perfectly the first time but it was a lot of fun and it was indeed good to meet you. That and watching Corey get mistaken for the actor from Smallville. I'm definitely down to work together at some point, just give me the word. smile
