Hey you. I'm sorry you can't sleep. I've been having the same problem. Thinking I have to hook up with my therapist for some Ambien. It's the ONLY thing that works for me. (Anytime you want to go over what I have just let me know, K?!! ) Also, you can buy Valerian root at just about any earthy crunchy type store that sells natural foods OR, any place that you can buy alternative herbs IE: A real witchcraft store or etc. I do have some herbal sleeping pills. They have a LOT of valerian in them if you want to try some samples or whatever.
