So after many years of living how I thought I was expected to, I read a book that changed my outlook entirely. I chose to reject the expectations of others and live extraordinarily. I decided to do what I want, and this turned out to be what it was. I loved tattoos from childhood, and I got my first one with a fake ID when I was 16. Now I have more than I can count, and have more in mind. And so here I am.
I am likely one of the oldest ladies on this site. I am likely one of the most well-educated (creeping up on my PhD here soon). I like that I contradict the expectations people have of women who look and act like me. I like that I defy stereotypes, because the fact that they exist in the first place is foolish.
I only have a couple pics. I will have more. I will. I promise. They might be racier. They might be tamer. I am going to a new photog, and I usually allow the photogs to kind of dictate what the photos end up looking like.
Read me. Love me. I am smart, sassy, and full of razor-sharp wit. If you read me, you will love me. I promise to amuse, shock, and entertain.

RUNNING THE EDGE by Adam Gouchet & Tim Catalano...kind of a runners bible with self-help strung through it. A good read, especially if you are a distance runner.
