How I woke up, however, wasn't cute. Someone was ringing my doorbell like crazy, and I wake up all groggy from bed wondering what the fuck is going on. Then they start KNOCKING on the door, so I'm walking down the stairs half asleep in my pj's, and when I open the door, THEY ARE GONE. Fuckers. Argh.
Now I go do the big V, then off to the library. Joy.

Just did the big V. JOY JOY JOY. Skipped the library because, well, fuck it. I need to give my brain one friggin day off where it's not being sloshed around with either booze or words. Instead, I will clean up more. Maybe play with the poochies of doom, maybe go harass random people, who knows.
And I just realized I accidentally put an ad up for SG in my snowball picture. Neato though. I've had three people IM me asking about the hoodie. So that makes umm.... 8 people so far since I got it.

Blargh. There are two things that never belong in the political arena - beratement and misinformation. I love having political discussions - what most people don't realize is that, from a teaching perspective, I play devil's advocate *most* of the time. But I play it professionally. I don't call someone an idiot if their opinion differs from mine. That's the beauty of it all - everyone has an opinion that is right FOR THEM, and half the fun of any discussion in general is learning what you can from those points. If you want to discuss a topic, try and be mature about it, or else you really can't know what you are talking about and resort to silly tactics in order to try and push your point across.
And please, for the love of god, know the real details of information you mention. If you heard it on the news, or down a party newsletter, and haven't looked in full detail at it, do so FIRST AND FOREMOST. To be educated is the real power in the world.
