harleen:
Sorry it didn't work out, at least you tried! I think the reason why most people don't bother is for the worry of no-one turning up smile
harleen:
Oh. And, Josephs Well is just a cool little pub really, I've definately been to worse smile
fullmoonkisses:
I would have done exactly the same - in fact, going off my profile pic, I wouldn't recognise myself wink Now that I'm semi in charge, I'll have to stick myself on a training course in Leeds and come down to meet you for a shandy smile
dodgerofjam:
Hiya, didn't get your message until today unfortunately.
ThePostman and I arrived at about 21:30 and I think Luzzie and BenjiMan were there a few minutes before us.
We looked around but couldn't find anyone. Probably would've had trouble recognizing you anyway, like you said! We ended up staying 'til closing.
Yeh, so sorry we didn't make it down earlier but maybe we can try and re-organize and get a few more members and girls to come next time
smile
pixiebelle:
I cried happiness tears like the big girl I am when I read what he wrote. blush He keeps me believing that people aren't necessarily all shit. smile
Shame how the meet turned out. frown
Fingers crossed it goes better next time. wink
pixiebelle:
I'm sure there will be! Maybe not Leeds but you must be sure and join oneof the bigger meets. I've been to two and my social anxieties were appeased by how bloody nice everyone was. biggrin
I think your chosen night was just a bit difficult with it being a school night and all. frown
pixiebelle:
SGUK is a strange one in that way. Some meets get packed out and other fade away with but a fleeting interest. surreal Timing, location, person, reason all come into play in these things. Don't take it to heart though!
