I'm worried that the new one will suck. I've heard good things about it, but it still worries me. I feel obligated to go see it though since the only one I didn't see in its first theatrical run is the original Star Wars.

I know what you mean. It's sad. I saw the original with my cousin. We saw this one together and with her 13 yr old son. Just before the movie he said, "Two minutes ... two minutes and my life will be complete."

And I went to a funeral today. I don't cope well for the Death thing and I thought I might not make it but the priest looked like Darth Sidious ... I know I'm going to hell but remember when he was screaming "no no no" before he was about to be killed ... I just kept thinking that. Also I waited for Yoda to come out. It was a catholic mass so they had robes and all. There was one altar boy ... a youngling. See, it's not over. There was one he didn't kill ... lurking around ... seeking revenge ... or sumpin like that.

i like those earrings so much id probably pierce my ears just to look badass wearing one

There was a whole piece on the end of the Star Wars era on Talk of the Nation the other day. If you hit up the archives on their website, you can probably still find it.

Are those an ebay find?

Now that you've had your Star Wars fix, you should look into the Firefly series on DVD or check it out when it comes to the SCIFI channel.

The movie Serenity will be out in September.

or maybe Sidious's twin. the one no one knew about. he went "beyond the dark side" and has a youngling in training. but maybe the youngling is faking until he's older ... or not. just a thought.

well that priest kinda creeped me out. i may have to start going back to church just to see how this turns out. and the priest was a monk at st. meindrad before coming here. one of those brown hooded robe guys.

I do agree with you on that it was a very gradual turn for him but wished they would of brought up flashbacks in controversy. It would of helped bring the other two movies closer at that point. He was so good to people for the most part until he kills all the children. It's all good though I did like it and have always been a fan. I am just being anal. HEHE
