My uncle was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia 4 years ago. He lived with my grandmother for a while and things got really bad... he got mentally abusive towards her and no one could figure out why he had become that way. He ended up having a stroke and was checked into the VA hospital for long term care
and that is where they figured out what was really going on.

When his siblings found out that he had it, it finally made sense to all of them. My mom remembered how, as a child, he was constantly thinking his teachers were out to get him. But he is on medicine that works for him and he is a different person now and he has found a place where he and my family feel comfortable.

So I hope that soon your brother can get in that place. I am glad you have people that can help support you through all of this.

For a while I had to carry an epi-pen with me everywhere. I had to get a prescription to have it with me when I flew. I thought for sure it was going to be a nightmare going through security at the airport.

Word on the street is you got a pretty new dress. When are you going to post some photos of you in it?
