I think soon we're going out for coffee. I weighed myself a bit ago and I was pleased.
I'm looking forward to my friend Daniel coming home ... hes been out of town which means I haven't been able to box or go skate this week. I'm looking forward to such things. I really want to see my muscles develop.
I'm going to try and refrain for desserts this week until I go home to see my family. I just want to see what will happen if I cut out some of that stuff.. and hopefully reduce some of my cravings.
