today is officially awesome. why? i found PEACH FUCKING ICE CREAM in the store. no one makes tihs flavor anymore!! i have no idea why, it is among the trifecta of perfectly awesome ice cream flavors (peach, black raspberry and Ben & Jerry's cherry garcia). too bad it's a limited special batch thing. but i must find a way to contact Gifford's and let them know that this should NOT be a temporary thing.
you might think i'm making a huge deal over something little and stupid. it's just ice cream, right? well, you haven't heard my tirades involving the maddening lack of peach ice cream that comes up every time someone mentions ice cream. seriously, this used to be in the basic five flavors (those being vanilla, chocolate, coffee, strawberry and peach). and now people are always saying "well just have some peach sorbet, it's basically the same." and then i punch them...in my mind.

you should set up an online patition to make peach a perminent flav. i will gladly put my name at the top of the list.
