So no one else has to follow the link:

on the "insert" line at the bottom of your the space in which you type there is a "Youtube" listing.

Click that and you will be summoned to post the web address of the specific video you want to post in the box. Just cut and copy the address out of the Browser bar.

They look like this:

[Youtube]The address of the youtube video here[/youtube]

That one specifically would look like this:

[Youtoob]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBZ0dvZPxLs [/youtoob]

(if i spell it right it actually shows up)
