Motherfucker!

Okay, so I wanted to start the day off right, it's 4am, i'm awake.. and I am craving one of those huge pick-your-own two dozen donuts thing from dunkin donuts to take with me to work, donuts sound hella bomb this morning, and i'm going to cruise over to Ambrosia and get a yummy quad caramel mocha to go with them..

So, i'm thinking to myself, "now that I think about it, I don't think I've seen a dunkin donuts anywhere, there's gotta be one somewhere, it's the second largest city in the country, right?"

The nearest store, is in SACRAMENTO.

Now my day is screwed.

fuck you dunkin donuts, you.. you.. commies!

as you know, I'm new to LA and one ofthe first htigns I noticed is that there are NO dunkin donuts BUT ther eare like 90 other donut locations every 3 feet. everywher eyo ugo there's like 4 competeing smal time donut joints, I'm not sure that I get it...is it that there are that many donut fans, or that the lack of huge monstrous corporate donut places have had to balance otu with lots of small ones.
-the world may never know, but I haven't been into one of them yet, so I can't say if they suck. krispey kreme though, they're big and famous and stuff.
