These are all great things to try! Hope you'll keep up with Yoga, give it some time and you'll be much more flexible. As far as DIY, go for it, you'll get so much satisfaction out of it! <3
That is great, i like traveling and trying local coffee drinks and i've gotta say i was pretty happy with a standard flat white in the shops over there! Yoga is a great thing. Meditation too, excellent for anxiety. I'm trying new things lately too, testing new markets for a new career. It's new to me, i'm taking lots of risks, kinda fun and scary!
Generic Rx Flonase been my go-to for "sinus socks" lately haha! Pricey, but my health plan allots $12.50 monthly copay for 50 dose pump spray bottle. Coffee journeys are fun if approached with genuine inquiring spirit and drive! Quite surprisingly, my latest home brew go-to is believe it or not Aldi's Fair Trade dark roast $4.99/12oz bag! Local gal works there invited me over for a test taste and blew me away!! Oh... re: sinus: I keep a few sprays of dried Eucalyptus, Mint, and Lavender *foliage not the blossoms* tied to my shower head, close to the wall away from water contact *it will mold causing issues if so* to lend a refreshing and naturally invigorating aroma to daily showering that helps sooth sinus inflammation. A couple bucks each at florist shops, but I've lately taken to growing my own all summer and saving the snippings between sheets of newspaper in a cool dry corner of my cellar. Cheers 😎
@btflday777 I've kept up yoga! But I'm not really seeing much of a difference in flexibility yet. I haven't really had a lot of time for it with all the reno's still. Thanks 😘
@robertbluesman oh the dried foliage in the shower is ingenious! I will absolutely try this! And that's some pretty cheap coffee! Go you! Nothing better than getting perfect coffee for such a good price. 💙
@marialauriejupiter thank you, it's funny though. This is my favorite part of traveling. I just don't think there's good coffee in america, so i have fun when abroad. Europe of course is outstanding, and i was pleased with what i've found in australia and mexico. Not sure why this is...
@dansiego3 I haven't travelled to America (other than Hawaii) but everyone I have spoken to has always said the coffee is absolutely horrible! Hahaha I love the coffee we have in Australia, some of the best in the world. Also Greek coffee is amazing 🙌 But has to be brewed properly or it can taste very bitter and burnt.
