The Mountain Goats are my favorite band, but listening to Full Force Galesburg and The Hound Chronicles and then putting on The Sunset Tree or Get Lonely....makes me sad. The fact that now I can pass on seeing them live and not be too bummed out about missing it also makes me sad. However, put on The Coroner's Gambit and tell me John Darnielle isn't a genius. You'd be lying.
