Hey, we get exhausted by our loved ones sometimes, too.

And the GC isn't for TJ's. Isn't that rich?
toothpickmoe:
Target. And since the wife and I are there on a pretty much weekly basis that suits me just fine.
nofi:
yeah, but it's almost worth the twenty bucks to get an actual phone call from him...almost.

i agree with the music thing to a certain extent. BUT i do recommend solarseek (if you don't already have it) i've heard more music this year than ever before. but i'm still actually way behind. i only really got into the unicorns and arcade fire just this year. there is so much music and so little time. go back and find the old stuff you missed the first time around...worry about the current stuff later. it's always cool to be into old stuff. wink
hooraydiation:
You're also good at creative writing, at least based on the brief snippets you share in your journal every now and then.

Most people aren't good at anything.
tafkasp:
music is my girlfriend. but every now and then i really need silence.

i be like "yo bitch, step off. you crowdin' me!"

i find i appreciate her even more after those little breaks.

then afterward, i be like "yo baby, you so fine. i missed you so much."

and then we make out. with a lot of tongue.

it's hot!

I've always lamented my inability to draw, mostly because it meant I couldn't make my own comic. It's right up there with singing, acting, whistling, and snapping my fingers on the list of things I wish I could do.

Maybe there's a site or something out there for linking writers and artists.
nofi:
wow. the faq is amazing and hilarious. i totally want a 15 Minute Live Psychic Consultation from timmy from 'lassie'. robot
kestrel:
The only thing I'm good at is Guitar Hero.
buttonbutton:
you're good at lots of other things, silly sill. Like making fun of Tyra Banks. And You'll be good at having a bike gang. And you're good at writing stuff and taking polaroids and coming up with fun ideas and adventure days.
rosscoe:
I hate being out of the loop with music, but sadly as often as i'm ahead of the pace i'm behind it.
I'm probably behind more often than i'm not. Just try and love the music you love.
Most of the time the 'loop' is wrong.

I've often wondered how you (and other people) manage to stay abreast of nearly everything. Whenever I find something new I like I become obsessed with it and want to listen to it incessently. I often miss out on quite a bit like that. But I can't manage listening to music any other way.
finklestein:
Books are the new four-piece bands.
obd:
you are good at the whole writing stories and spending time with people at bars and stuff like that.

mc_dove:
you're good at making me smile. you can come to ohio and do that for a while! smile
pointblank:
I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me. It'll happen to you!

You've got listen to this new band, they're called The Pearl Jam, and the kids love them. My nephew (the medical student--you two should meet! ) plays their tapes on the hi-fi and just has himself a heck of a time!
