pumpkineater:
some people just remember the singular overpowering moments of love, fighting, sadness, happiness to help define their lives and memories....but i think its the priceless precious exchanges like you had that lets you know: this is what its all about.
pumpkineater:
for what its worth, your son has come closer to saying "i love you" than i ever have in my entire life
pumpkineater:
i was bored...just clicking through friends of friends of friends. dont know how many degrees of separation, but i ended up here and felt compelled to leave a note.

Awww....that's adorable.

We picked up the Shrek 2 soundtrack. A favorite of mine and Hunter's. He was singing the song by the Eels on there!!! I couldn't believe it. He's at that stage where he's singing. biggrin

I love your new profile pic by the way biggrin

Your friend's gamelan group is very professional and theatrical. Defenitely interesting. some of what they are doing I like a lot, some of it, like the tap dancing and "stomp" routines wasn't my cup of tea, but regardless, they are really doing a wonderful job with the dancers and heavily orchestrated routines. Thanks again for showing me the link.

And the part of the article that I was really pointing out was the solar / lunar imbalance through which someone who raises children and makes people feel good is not praised and honoured very much, where as the perosn who goes out and earns a big corporate job is praised.
lilviciousone:
How's your day so far, sweetie?
lilviciousone:
How was Halloween with the wee ones and not so wee? biggrin
cecelia:
Where have you gone??? frown
lilviciousone:
I haven't heard from you in a bit...we miss you here!!!
