Friday
got off work a few minutes early and I ran home to take a bong hit to calm my nerves... then I set off to Easystreet Records to meet up with this guy Ryan that I met on myspace. He turned out to be a normal 20 year old guy that was not scary. We shopped around for a bit and he bought some records... Then we decided that it would be a good idea to come back to my house, make some food and "watch" some movies. This was preplanned but contigent on both of us being normal, non scary people.
Anyways, we left his car up in queen anne and went to my house and made some nachos. Then we watched various movies and made out. It was awesome.
Saturday
woke up surprisingly early and in a great mood. Probably had something to do with the naked boy lying next to me in bed... hmmmm.... Anyways, I dropped him off back at his car and said goodbye and went to the shop. Finished loading up the truck and took off to the University of Puget Sound. Set up a system for the Everclear (the band, not the booze) and teched the show. It was actually a really cool show. Art from everclear was super nice and asked me a ton of questions about my tattoos and piercings... mainly my nostrils, lip and lobes. He told me about stretching his nipples and was like, maybe someday I'll have lobes like your lip hahaha
Sunday
woke up so incredibly sore on sunday I could barely move. I ate a bunch of ibuprofen and got my shit together and headed down to Portland. I listened to Harry Potter book on tape (ipod) for most of the trip. I didn't think a book on tape would make time go by, but it totally did. I'm going to start doing that on road trips more often. Got down to Portland around 2 and hung out with my friend Ryan... We went and ate some Thai food and made cookies and smoked a ton of weed. It was great! We stopped by Dark Star in Vancouver and said hi to Andy, Josiah and Sami... I stayed the night at ryan's that night and then headed back this morning...
and here I am... Monday. I am fucking tired, sore and hungry. I can't wait to go home!
