The bulldozing thing hasn't happenned yet, but it will. The guy buying my property wants to bulldoze some areas for surveying.....but I think he should wait til after he closes to alter the property. He is surveying it for tracting it off...so it won't be just around the edge. I don't know if any of this makes sense...it's hard to explain.
