So Sunday I came home to my roommate gone. He moved out on Friday and left my animals to starve all weekend. This is also like... a day or two before I was going to order those damn gummy bears.

I've been generously given until the 21st to get money together for MN shootfest. It's really a dream of mine, and I really hope I can find a way to make it come true. The roommate obviously didn't pay this months' rent (he moved out being 7 days late, then surprised me with that new burden... I have until Monday) so the money I would have had to try to do this is now tied up in responsibilities. :(

The deposit is due no later than the 21st and it isn't that much, but with the roommate pulling B.S. it might be a bit out of reach without a little help.. But I NEEEED to go! This is a huge opportunity and relatively *cheap* as far as travel and these things go... Roommate piece of shit.
I'm going to take this jackass to small claims court. He didn't even give me a day's notice, he gave me like -9 days notice. That's insane.. And he claims he just threw the key into the house, so now I have to change the locks, too... since I didn't get the key back.. FUCK. Month of rent, month of utilities, price of a new deadbolt/handle and fee for changing it, and while I'm at it I might as well add all the things of mine he used that were pricey. bleeeeeeeh. It's more to piss him off and garnish his wages (and rub it in his face that I can and have done so) at this point. What a loser.
Shmeh. The Lumberyard in Des Moines is a good spot to work. I wish I wasn't playing catch-up in such an extreme fashion right now. Things could definitely be easier. :/
I've been camming on streamate, not really sure which sites it broadcasts on... I think there's some link to my profile some how, like cammodels.com/karmamachete or someshit. It's been fun, and it's proving relatively lucrative. I've been told by Salina (of Salina's Sinners, the porn site I'm signed with at the moment) that MyFreeCams is the way to go and I'll make even more money there. I just put in my application, so we'll see. With Streamate I've been required to put in 15 hours per week, which should end up being enough just in time to help with the absent roommates' part of rent. Gr. Yay. We shall see, I suppose. As soon as I have my 15 hours in with Streamate I'll give MFC a try.
