I am new to the SG lounge and I saw your post in Aug about IC.. do you still have symptoms? I was diagnosed with a mild/moderate case a few years ago (2001ish)..I dont have the severe flareups anymore.. I drink lots and lots of water.. coke on occasion..but if cutting that out doesnt work you can try a product called Prelief (Walgreens sells it) it cuts the acid in foods which causes the flare ups..
