I know I have been a bit slack in talking to My SG friends. Just been kinda lazy week for Me. My boss is going on Vacation so I get to work like 14 days straight starting tomorrow so I will be a bit tired. I hope everyone has a great weekend and doesnt party so hard they puke

Isn't it strange how the kitchen always tends to work their hours like that!!! I know when my KM leaves for vaca the shit usually hits the fan and things aren't rotated or ordered and total hell and chaos breaks loose! The wonderful life of a cook! And btw if you are a cook you have to party on your off time...you know this means at like 2 or 3 in the morning after closing the kitchen and cleaning everything, because being fucked up is the only way that you are able to get to work the next day and not realize how shitty and hard you hours actually are!!! hahaha i'm kind of bitter right now my bad!! Well have a great weekend and don't work too hard cause i know i won't, i currently work the easiest station on the line!
